The system will be inspected and tested thoroughly and will consist of the following:-
a. Checking that the function and performance of your CCTV system and any movement detection conform to that laid down in their specification.
b. Visually and electronically checking of all circuits, connections and contacts for signs of deterioration to minimize the risk of system failure.
c. Checking that all power supplies operate correctly and the load draw is within limits.
d. Check all PTZ, pan and Tilt limits are correct and preset positions are programmed to the correct position.
e. Check any supplementary lighting works satisfactory.
f. Check there is adequate signage in place.
g. Check where applicable CCTV Remote Signaling and site Audio equipment is functioning correctly.
h. Adjust and lubricate all moving parts to pro long the span of the equipment and reduce the risk of system failure.
i. Fully clean all equipment and make sure hard drives are functioning correctly and free from debris.
No charge will be made for the labour involved for adjustments or corrections at this time, return visits or callouts to replace faulty parts will be chargeable for time and materials at the prevailing rate.
Our 24-hour call-out service will be available 365 days per year.
Call-outs to non-contracted customers are only available Monday – Friday 0830 hrs- 1700 hrs and will be charged at the prevailing rate. This Schedule does not cover security lighting or other optional extras.
All Security Systems experiencing malfunction due to customer neglect, abuse, Rodent damage, lightning strikes, flood/water damage or other Acts of God are excluded from our Maintenance contracts and are therefore subject to our normal callout/parts charges, part of which may be reclaimable through your buildings insurance policy.
